📦 When will my order ship?

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

🚚 How long does shipping take?

For U.S. orders, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days. International shipping can take 10–20 business days depending on location and customs clearance.

🔁 Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes! We accept returns within 14 days of delivery as long as the item is unused, in original condition, and in its packaging. Please contact us before sending any returns.

🛠 What if I received a damaged item?

We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and your order number. We’ll make it right ASAP.

🌍 Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! International shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary based on location, and customs duties may apply.
